Alpha 3:
Defensive items. Basic inventory system for unequipped items. Object viewer for followers, buildings, and items. Character HP Bars. Food and gold distribution can be set for all characters. Lumber camps, quarries, gold mines, and gem mines. Prisons. Characters have gender, can marry, and produce children. Kids can grow up. Characters have loyalty system and may desert if not fed or payed enough. Basic trait system in place. Redo pillaging. Add kindapping. Enemies use weapons and armor. Characters have ranged and melee attacks. Rolls aren’t uniform distribution any more.
Alpha 2:
Random name generator for characters – uses external files for moddability. Inventory for characters. Object viewer for followers and building info, AI assignment for characters. Farms. Pillaging gives loot (poorly). Followers can have ranged or melee attacks. Basic loyalty system in place. Factions have hostility and power. Terrain effects move rate and defense bonus. Moddable name generators.
Alpha 1:
Basic game loop. Scout, pillage, defend, build, manage. Walls and workshops. No campaign mode. Characters and factions are pulled from configuration files. Map Editor.
