(on the app store it tells me HEY YOU’VE GOT A FRENCH ACCOUN) and on the phone : HEY YOU VE GOT A 3.1.2 YOU NEED 3.1.3)
Is that normal ?

haha, yeah. It requires 3.1.3. Really I should have built it on 3.1, but oh well.
